We are pleased to share the Oral and Poster Presentation Templates, and the general Conference Schedule with all participants. Please find the attachments for your preparation. Participants who wish to change their presentation mode (from the one stated in the initial acceptance letter) should complete either the oral or poster presenter form as outlined in the presentation guidelines below.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

1. All oral presenters are required to use the official ICDSME 2025 PowerPoint template.

2. Each presentation slot is 15 minutes in total: 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.

3. Presentation slides should be uploaded using the oral presenter link.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

1. Participants are required to print their own posters using the provided template.

2. Posters should be printed at A1 size (594 mm × 841 mm) on any materials with a best display quality.

3. Pins for mounting will be provided by the conference secretariat at the venue.

4. Please set up your poster in the designated area on 5 November 2025, starting from 8.00 a.m.

5. A copy of the poster should be uploaded via the poster presenter link.

We encourage all presenters to carefully review the conference schedule for their presentation date (parallel session). Please note that the specific presentation time will be provided in a separate email closer to the conference date.

To facilitate presentation schedule arrangement, we kindly request your cooperation in submitting the form by 22 October 2025. Please also note that only registered participants will be included in the presentation slot.
